Role Description The Sales Executive (Fresher) will work full time on-site at the Chennai office, engaging with potential and existing clients to promote Aryu Enterprises custom software and marketing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, making outbound calls or visits, presenting service offerings, and assisting in preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves maintaining customer records, following up on leads, coordinating with technical and marketing teams, and supporting the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure under guidance from senior team members. The Sales Executive is expected to learn quickly, meet assigned targets, provide accurate market feedback, and uphold a professional, client-focused approach in all interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with clients.Basic understanding of software or technology services, and willingness to learn about custom software and digital solutions.Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort using CRM or similar sales tracking systems.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Chennai.Comfortable communicating in English; knowledge of local languages in Chennai is an added advantage.Interest in developing a long-term career in sales and business development within the technology sector. .
