HR, Finance, Founders and business leaders structure appropriate insurance solutions
and manage the insurance lifecycle.
Role Overview
We are looking for a B2 B Sales Executive who can independently manage the sales
funnel from lead generation to closure and build a strong pipeline of SME/MSME
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, Linked In and other
channels.
Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Meeting Requirement Quote
Negotiation Closure.
Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen
Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber, Liability and SME insurance.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and
Finance/Admin heads.
Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.
Coordinate with internal placement and servicing teams for smooth client
onboarding. .
