Job Overview
We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for field Job to promote our Co-operative Financial Services. The job requires visiting establishments & offices, markets, stores, residences, etc., to promote awareness about the cooperative societies's savings and deposit plans, retain and follow-up with the potential customers and increase the member base of the society. If you are energetic, confident, and looking to start your career in sales, this is a great chance.
Initial training will be provided to selected candidates.
Freshers may also apply.
Field sales experience will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Promote awareness among the general public about our Cooperative Society, Membership Benefits, Savings / Deposit Plans, and Loan Services
Function as a First Introducer of the member to the society and sell financial products, like Savings and Fixed Deposit plans
Explain product benefits, policies, and procedures clearly
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups
Conduct field visits and meetings to expand customer base
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Eligibility Criteria
Valuable communication skills
This is a field job, and the executives must be energetic, optimistic, and willing to work in the field sales
About the Company Samridh Bharat Cooperative Society is a registered Cooperative Society offering different types of Deposit Plans, like Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Monthly Income Scheme (MIS), and Long-Term Investment Plans. We also offer different types of Loans to eligible members.
