Sales & Lead Handling Handle Home Loan leads provided by the company. Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful loan disbursements. Explain Home Loan products and guide customers through the application process. Ensure smooth loan processing and documentation support. Customer Interaction Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Provide clear information regarding Home Loan products and eligibility criteria. Address customer queries and support them throughout the process. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly sales targets. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure loan processing completion. Maintain a healthy conversion ratio from lead to disbursement.
