Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office) Experience: Fresher We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Rajasthani (Marwari/Mewari or other regional dialects) to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors. You will speak with farmers from Rajasthan over phone calls in their local dialect, understand their crop, pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, help them place orders, and convert enquiries into sales. Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Rajasthani dialects and Hindi Understand crop issues and advise suitable products Guide farmers in placing orders over the call Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome) Willing to work from our Bhopal office Fixed salary + performance incentives, structured product and sales training, fast growth in a scaling agri-tech company. .
