01Responsibilities
* Sourcing leads for Loans, Deposits & Investment products.
* Acquiring new customers through field visits, references, and networking.
* Promoting banking and financial products such as construction equipment finance,commercial vehicle loan,working capital loan ,business loan,car loan,gold loan ,education loan ,personal loan ,construction finance, loan against property etc.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Sourcing, entire process and up to result
* Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Following up with customers for documentation and closures.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Experience in sales or financial products preferred.
Ability to work on targets.
Basic knowledge of banking and investment products.
Qualification:
HSC & Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
