Role & responsibilities
Generate and source new car loan leads through dealerships, referrals, and field activities.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Collect, verify, and process customer documents for loan applications.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and dealership teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners to drive repeat business.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline with 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or automobile finance.
Good understanding of car loan products, credit processes, and documentation requirements.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a field-sales environment.
