Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, references and local networking. Explain Gold Loan products and benefits to prospective customers. Generate leads and convert them into successful Gold Loan customers. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads. Achieve assigned sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and local market connectivity. Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and loan processing. Eligibility Minimum 1+ year of experience in core Gold Loan sales. Relevant Gold Loan/NBFC/BFSI sales experience preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work in open market/field sales. Candidates available immediately to 30 days preferred.
