The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting site visits, and contributing to business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property owners.Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until deal closure.Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches. Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
