Infotel India is a leading provider of cutting-edge IT services and solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive - IT Services to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Must be based in Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and promote suitable IT services to meet their needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM system regularly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the IT services industry.
- Must have Managed Services Sales Experience
- Experience in a IT Consultancy within Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
