We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience communicating with US clients. This is a Hybrid role requiring work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with US-based clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Generate and qualify new business leads.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.Experienced in dealing US Clients.23 years of proven sales experience.Experience communicating with US clients is mandatory.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.Willingness to work from the office in Kochi during the US shift.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales or IT services sales.Strong customer relationship management skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.BenefitsCompetitive salary with attractive performance incentives.Career growth opportunities.Professional and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and skill development.Compensation: From 10,000.00 per month
