Sales Head Events

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Events Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's corporate client base.Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and direct outreach.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.Attend client meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry exhibitions.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close high-value event projects.Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement within the team.Coordinate with Operations and Creative teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Requirements Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Vibrant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.Strong networking abilities and client relationship management skills.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.Compensation: 35,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required)Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
