- Assist the sales team in promoting Retail Motor and Health Insurance products. - Help in calling clients for quotations and collecting required details for policy issuance. - Attend inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide product information. - Support in client management by maintaining relationships and ensuring proper follow-ups. - Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software. - Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating policy documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals. - Provide basic support to clients regarding policy details and documentation.
