About the Role Muthoot Finance Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Interns to support the Personal Loan Cross Sell team. This internship offers hands-on experience in banking and financial services, customer engagement, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Contact existing customers and generate leads for Personal Loan cross-selling Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to customers Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process Coordinate with branch teams for document collection and loan processing Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Build and maintain solid customer relationships to maximize cross-selling opportunities Eligibility Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc or any Graduate) Freshers are encouraged to apply Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel within the assigned location, if required Preferred SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach Sales aptitude and target orientation Quick learner with a positive attitude Team player with good relationship management skills StipendMonths 16: 12,500 per month Months 712: 18,000 per month Career ProgressionSuccessful interns who demonstrate solid performance during the internship will be considered for the role of Sales Executive Personal Loan Cross Sell .
