Sales Lead Builder Tie-ups & Contracts

Experience: 25 Years
We are looking for a Sales Lead with experience in Real Estate, Builder Relations, Developer Tie-ups, Property Consultancy, Home Loans, NBFC, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with builders & developers
- Generate new builder tie-ups, contracts, MOUs and business opportunities
- Identify upcoming residential/commercial projects
- Handle B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation & closures
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Guide and monitor field sales executives
Must Have: Builder/Developer network, B2B sales, relationship management, negotiation, business development & strong communication skills.
Preferred: Candidates with existing builder/developer contacts or real estate industry connections.
