The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and the capability to drive results through their team. We welcome professionals from various industries who have a proven track record of managing people and delivering on sales targets Key Responsibilities Branch Management: Take complete ownership of the branchs operations and local sales performance.Financial Accountability: Manage the branch's Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue goals and growth metrics are met.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive a team of 5 to 8 sales consultants/personnel. (Candidates must have experience handling a team; individual contributors will not be considered).Customer Conversion: Guide and motivate the team to effectively engage, convince, and convert customers.Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Detailed product training will be provided, so prior experience in our specific industry is not mandatory.
