Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BFSI industry.
- Build solid relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in b2b sales or business development within the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as insurance policies, loans, credit cards etc., including their features benefits and applications. .
