Designation:  Sales Development Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/Agency Manager/Senior Agency Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis
• Mobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partners
• Daily reporting of Achievements
• Doing Performance Review of your distributors / partners
• Ensuring productivity on monthly basis
• Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners

Desired Profile - Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales target and have the ability to hire and manage strong team of distributors / partners. If you like challenges and have the ability to manage high pressure sales targets, this is the job for you!

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Sales Experience of hiring, developing and managing team of distributors / partners will be an added advantage
