Role & responsibilities - Drive life insurance sales through assigned channels and territories. - Identify and acquire recent customers through field sales activities, referrals, and lead generation initiatives. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned business targets. - Conduct customer meetings and needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance solutions. - Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities and policy issuance.
