Lead-Based Acquisition: Drive credit card sales from bank's pre-approved customer base through proactive outreach via branch visits, telephonic connects and field meetings. Manage and guide Direct Sales Team Executives (DSTEs) for ground-level execution and lead conversion.
Application Processing: Complete applications through physical forms, tablet or DLite app ensuring proper documentation. Ensure DSTEs follow compliance protocols while maintaining application quality and customer experience.
Sales Target Achievement & Product Strategy:
Monthly Acquisition Goals: Achieve assigned card sourcing targets with team support while maintaining strong conversion ratios from lead allocation to card issuance. Monitor DSTE performance daily and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Product Mix Management: Drive sales across Platinum, Signature and Infinite variants based on customer income profiles and business priorities. Guide DSTEs on appropriate product fitment to ensure active usage and portfolio quality.
Customer Engagement & Business Development:
Relationship-Based Selling: Conduct needs assessment to recommend suitable card variants highlighting relevant benefits (rewards, cashback, travel perks as applicable) aligned with customer spending patterns. Build lasting relationships through a personalized service approach.
Post-Sales & Cross-Sell: Coordinate card delivery, activation support and usage guidance for smooth onboarding. Identify opportunities to refer customers for other KVB products (loans, insurance, deposits) to deepen relationships and meet cross-sell objectives. .
