Role & responsibilities
Drive sales of commercial vehicle finance products to fleet owners, transport operators, and corporate customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual finance sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Evaluate customer financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and minimise delinquency and credit risk.
Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing, and financing trends.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Train and support dealer sales teams on finance products and promotional schemes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Preferred candidate profile
5 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, automotive finance, banking, or NBFC sales. .
