Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales of commercial vehicle finance products to fleet owners, transport operators, and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual finance sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Evaluate customer financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and minimise delinquency and credit risk.
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing, and financing trends.
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Train and support dealer sales teams on finance products and promotional schemes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, automotive finance, banking, or NBFC sales. .
