Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the LAP (Loan Against Property) business.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in DSA/DST/Home Loans/Housing Finance/LAP/Secured Loans.
- Proven track record as Branch Head/Branch Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Lead Sales Manager in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of housing finance products such as LAPs (Loan Against Property) and ability to communicate effectively with customers about their benefits. .
