• Education: Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in mortgage or lap or home loan banking, including prior supervisory or team-leading tenure.

• Core Skills: Strong leadership, localized market analysis, stellar communication, negotiation, and risk-assessment judgment.
