Sales Manager - Talent Pool - South

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes segment in the South region - Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes industry - Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends - Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets - Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to develop and launch new products and promotions - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
