We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Motor and Health Insurance division in Durgapur & Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the insurance industry, and will be responsible for leading a team of agents to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Motor and Health Insurance products.Manage and lead a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competition.Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales performance.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.Strong knowledge of Motor and Health Insurance products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. .
