Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
- Generating business through existing customers and creating new opportunities.
- Conducting sales meetings and ensuring target achievements.
- Coordinating between customers and company regarding project updates, pricing, and launches.
- Preparing regular sales reports for top management.
- Expanding customer base and increasing business opportunities.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of projects, competitors, and industry trends.

- Strong selling & negotiation skills.

The company offers a monthly salary ranging from 30,000.00 to 45,000.00 along with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.
