01Overview
Responsible for acquiring new clients and growing the mortgage/loan business in the assigned area. The role involves generating leads through daily sales calls and meetings, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and driving cross-selling opportunities.
The candidate will manage end-to-end loan processing, including documentation, coordination with risk and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursement. Maintaining high customer satisfaction through quick service (TAT) and issue resolution is key.
Additionally, the role includes ensuring compliance with company policies, tracking market trends and competitor activities, managing MIS reports, and monitoring loan performance, including collections and NPAs. .
