Overview
As a Sales Manager for the Animal Feed industry in Tamil Nadu, your role will be crucial in expanding the company's presence in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and appointing new distributors and dealers throughout Tamil Nadu.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and poultry/dairy farm owners.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities within the animal feed sector.
- Achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both Tamil and English languages.
- Possess proven sales experience in Animal Feed, Agri-inputs, or Rural Marketing.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a willingness to travel extensively within the state.
In addition to the competitive salary range of 15,000 25,000 plus incentives, the company offers various advantages including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in animal feed sales. You must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time for in-person work.
