Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop new advisors/agents.Train, guide, and motivate the advisor team to achieve sales targets.Generate business through the advisor network.Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.Conduct regular field visits and monitor team performance.Identify new business opportunities and ensure target achievement.
Qualifications
Any Graduate.2+ years of experience in Sales / Banking / Finance / Broking / Agency Channel or any BFSI Sales .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be comfortable with field sales and local market visits.Strong sales and team-handling ability.
