Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager will lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the companys loan consultancy services and drive new business acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing lead generation activities, and nurturing client relationships through targeted outreach and follow-ups. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, optimizing sales funnels, and preparing performance reports to support data-driven decisions. The Sales Marketing Manager will also coordinate promotional events, oversee digital presence, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing within financial services or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in market analysis, lead generation, and customer relationship management to support business loan and startup loan consulting services. Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, email, and events. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse clients. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data analytics to track performance, optimize pipelines, and report on campaign effectiveness. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or digital marketing are an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
