Hindhuja Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Sales Manager (BSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience, good communication skills, and a stable career background.
Candidate Criteria
Age: Below 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Career Stability: Candidates should have decent stability in their previous employment
CTC: As per the Industry + Incentives
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 2 months
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and business development skills
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Achieve assigned sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
