01Key Responsibilities
\n Manage banking relationships for a portfolio of clients, focused on growth of Liabilities & Investments.
\n Develop and expand the customer base, ensuring service levels exceed client expectations.
\n Identify current and potential relationships to grow business.
\n Own sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, cards, and investments.
\n Proactively sell consumer banking and investment products to existing and prospective customers.
\n Grow CASA balances in the allocated portfolio through recent acquisition.
\n Drive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share.
\n Ensure portfolio quality through regular client engagement.
\n Act as the first point of contact for mapped clients.
\n Support clients with basic financial planning and investment guidance.
\n Qualifications:
\n Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.
\n AMFI / NCFM / IRDA / JAIIB / CAIIB or similar certifications are an added advantage.
