Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (CASA) customers through field sales and market visits.
Generate quality NTB (New-to-Bank) CASA accounts and ensure activation.
Identify prospective customers and build a strong pipeline through referrals, leads and direct acquisition.
Achieve assigned CASA acquisition and business targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention and engagement.
Cross-sell relevant banking products such as insurance, mutual funds, loans, credit cards and other financial products.
Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per bank guidelines.
Track daily/weekly sales performance and maintain required MIS and reports.
Coordinate with branch teams for smooth account opening, activation and customer servicing.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in CASA / Current Account / Liability Sales / Branch Banking / Banking Sales.
Strong experience in customer acquisition and field sales.
Good communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Candidates with existing local market/customer relationships will be preferred.
