We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Officer specializing in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) within Retail Banking Sales. This full-time, permanent role in the Sales & Business Development department suits any graduate (UG).

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire quality NTB CASA accounts (qualified & activated), focusing on numbers and higher-value variants.

• Achieve CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) targets from accounts sourced monthly (in Rs).

• Cross-sell revenue-generating products like Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Assets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to Yes Personality guidelines, KYC, operational risks, bank policies, and processes.

Additional Duties

• Escalate business-impacting issues promptly and ensure solutions.

• Protect bank and customer assets' safety/security.

• Submit timely MIS reports.
