01Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Tirupati and surrounding areas.
- Identify and generate recent sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage customer accounts, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payments.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required. .
