Responsibilities
Identifying prospect customers (small Truck operators)
Verifying the customer details on field
Collecting documents from customer / coordination with RTO / agents / partners
Accurate collection of Processing and Insurance fees
Updating details in the app on the mobile
Complete follow-up with Client in terms of monthly repayment.
