Sales Officer Micro Business Loan/LAP Department: Sales Business Vertical: LAP/MBL About The Role We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Officers to drive MBL/LAP business by acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless end-to-end customer service. The role involves field sales, customer verification, portfolio management, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Generate new MSME/LAP-Loan Against Property, Mortgage loan business through field sales and self-sourcing. Conduct marketing activities including canopy campaigns, leafleting, and local promotions. Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions. Perform field visits for customer, residence, business, and property verification. Verify financial and property documents (ITRs, bank statements, property papers, etc.). Prepare basic Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM). Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Valuation, Collections, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing. Ensure timely documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement support. Monitor portfolio quality and assist in collections for delinquent accounts. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets while maintaining company policies and compliance standards. Submit daily MIS and sourcing reports to the reporting manager. Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Experience: 03 years in Sales, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Freshers willing to build a career in sales. Desired Skills Strong communication skills in the regional language, Hindi, and basic English. Comfortable with field sales, marketing activities, and customer interactions. Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency. Good understanding of the local market and geography. Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred. CIBIL should be clear (non-defaulter).
