We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in Kanpur, responsible for driving business growth through secured business loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve complaints and concerns.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve results.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of secured business loans, including micro LAP products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with J Grades or similar software is an added advantage.
