Role & responsibilities
- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned urban markets.
- Coordinate with SSMs to ensure effective order booking and sales execution.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives, promotional schemes, and BTL activities to enhance market visibility.
- Monitor merchandising standards and ensure proper deployment and utilization of POSM across markets.
- Prepare, validate, and submit trade claims as per SOP within defined timelines.
- Manage stockist operations, including SMR preparation, inventory management, and accurate data updation in REACH.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, trackers, POS records, and other business MIS on a timely basis.
- Capture and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and market issues.
- Support current stockist appointments in line with company policies and business requirements.
- Drive retail business growth by monitoring key sales KPIs such as sales value, line sold, coverage, ECO, bill cuts, and TLSD.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, reporting standards, and operational guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Age - Max 36 Years
- MBA/PGDM or Equivalent, Graduate
- 2-8 years relevant experience of FMCG industry .
