Job Description: Sales & Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound emails professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.
Assist in customer onboarding and ongoing client communication.
Support day-to-day business operations and process improvements.
Handle data entry and document management.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with email correspondence and skilled phone communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
US Shift
Salary - 20-22k (4 hours) .
