Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data governance
- Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Partner with sales leadership to define territory plans, quota setting, and sales incentive structures
- Drive CRM adoption, data hygiene, and process standardization across the sales organization
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support sales forecasting cycles by consolidating pipeline data and providing accuracy assessments
- Manage sales tools, automation platforms, and integrations to improve sales team productivity
- Coordinate with finance and marketing teams on deal desk processes, pricing approvals, and campaign ROI tracking
- Prepare and present sales performance reviews, board decks, and operational metrics to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative overhead for sales reps

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience with proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and sales forecasting methodologies
- Proven experience partnering with sales leadership on territory planning and incentive design
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
