01Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented candidate to promote and sell personal loans to customers and ensure timely collection of EMI/payments from existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for personal loans.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
Assist customers with loan application and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan disbursement.
Collect EMI/payments from customers on time.
Handle overdue accounts and maintain regular recovery follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
