Job Description :Internal Audit & Financial Advisory Sales Hunter Role - IC roleRole Overview :We are seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter to spearhead growth in our Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice. This role is focused on new business development, building relationships with CXOs, and driving revenue through consultative selling of risk, compliance, and advisory solutions.Key Responsibilities :Business Development :- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in internal audit, risk management, and financial advisory services.- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.Client Engagement :- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, CROs, Audit Committees, and senior executives.- Understand client pain points and position tailored solutions. Market Expansion :- Prospect and generate leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.- Collaborate with marketing and practice leaders to drive campaigns and thought leadership.Sales Execution :- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Collaboration :- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.- Provide market feedback to practice leaders for service innovation. .
