Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, local market visits, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Client Presentations: Present, demonstrate, and market products or services effectively to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Address client queries, handle objections, negotiate terms and pricing, and successfully close sales.
Relationship Management: Maintain solid, ongoing relationships with existing and current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Pipeline & Target Management: Track daily sales activities, manage lead statuses, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Market Insights: Gather feedback on customer requirements and competitor offerings to share with management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback in daily activity logs or CRM systems.
