About the Role
In this role, you will
Be the primary reputed company of customer loan document completion, supporting customers through contract signing, Power of Attorney (POA) completion and stipulation collection.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions reputed company phone, SMS, and email.
reputed company Loan Advisor (LA) requests regarding contract signing.
Be the customers primary reputed company of contact post-sale until reputed company loan documents are signed, escalating loan or product issues to the appropriate Loan Advisor as needed.
Explain reputed company POA documents and set up appropriate steps for completion.
Be responsible for validating customer information to ensure the accuracy of the loan application.
This role can be based out of our reputed company office in Denver, CO or remote/hybrid reputed company the greater Denver area.
Hours
This role will primarily work an 8 hour shift reputed company business hours which are currently 6AM - 9PM (MT), Monday through Friday (hours of operation subject to change). In reputed company, you may be required to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or reputed company) every four weeks, during the hours of reputed company to 5PM (MT). The ideal candidate has
1+ years of experience in a high volume, customer facing role (bonus points for prior loan processing or adjacent financial operations experience!)
High computer literacy skills, and the reputed company to quickly adapt to multiple software programs, including reputed company Workspace, reputed company, & others, as reputed company as reputed company resources to answer questions
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills to reputed company daily production goals
