What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Loan Counsellors to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Drive team performance by improving conversions across the sales funnel. Monitor key sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
Mentor and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback. Ensure an exceptional experience for students and parents throughout the sales journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For 45 years of experience in B2C sales. Prior experience in EdTech, Insurance, Digital Lending, Loan Marketplaces, or Insurance Marketplaces is preferred. Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more sales executives . Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. A data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
