TRINITY FINVEST Assistant Manager Team Leader Department: Business Development Reports To: Branch Head Experience Required: 25 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview The Assistant Manager Team Leader is responsible for driving business growth, managing client portfolios, and supervising Relationship Managers to achieve branch-level business targets & objectives. Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships. Drive Revenue and AUM for the team and achieve business targets Lead and mentor Relationship Managers. Drive branch revenue and AUM growth. Conduct portfolio reviews and advisory support. Monitor team productivity and sales performance. Ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards. Coordinate with product and research teams for client solutions. Ensure Multilayer customer relationship Must conduct and take sessions Maintain portfolio quality Requirements MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent. 59 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services. Prior team handling experiences preferred. Strong leadership and client management skills. Preferred Certifications NISM / AMFI certifications. CFA / CFP preferred. KPIs, KRAs & Risk Focus Team revenue & topline achievement. AUM growth and retention. Team productivity and target achievement. Timely closure of client and operational requests. Achieve Cross-selling & Upselling targets. Risk and audit compliance. Prudent in client complaints and service delays/ Customer Satisfaction score Team Retention. .
