Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare a Daily Sales Activity Report and submit it to the Team Head.
- Create and maintain a Daily Sales Sheet with accurate and updated data.
- Update details such as leads, calls, follow-ups, interested customers, converted leads, and pending leads.
- Share the updated Daily Sales Sheet with the TL (Team Leader) on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead management and customer handling.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Professional customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Good data management and reporting skills.
- Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person .
