01Overview
What You'll Do:
Data management and cleanliness.
User management and the permission and security model.
Building reports and sales process flows
User training
Building out more advanced parts of the platform such as Apex, Lightning, and VisualForce for more powerful extensions to Salesforce
Working with source control and command-line tools.
Pushing code into scratch orgs.
Testing features and providing code reviews for other developers.
What You Know:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
In-Depth understanding of service cloud functionality such as Case Management, Live Agent, Omni Channel, Einstein BOT and Salesforce Knowledge.
Hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled, and Batch classes.
Good experience on AURA and Rest API integration
Evaluate Service Now Tickets/ Epics/User-stories to convert functional requirements to technical requirements.
Demonstrated ability to be effective with mnimal supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
CS degree or equivalent experience
